Not an AI interviewer

An assistant for the recruiter, not a robot that interviews

Many AI hiring tools interview candidates for you or score them. Realtimer does neither. It helps you, the recruiter, on your own calls.

You run the conversation and make the decisions. Realtimer listens and, when the candidate asks about the salary band, the on-call rota or the next step, shows the answer from your own files in about a second. After the call it writes notes on what was discussed.

What your interview assistant answers from

Add the files you already have for the role. Realtimer reads them on your Mac and answers from them while the candidate is talking.

Screenshots and a folder per role are in PRO — try it free for 7 days. Interviews and answers from your files work in the free app.

Live interviews

Both sides transcribed live on Zoom, Meet, Teams or WhatsApp. Press Fast (⌃⌘↵) or AI (⌥⌘↵) and the answer appears while the candidate is still talking.

Job descriptions

Responsibilities, requirements, salary band, remote policy: every answer shows which file it came from.

The candidate’s CV

Add the CV before the call, and dates, roles and skills are one key press away when the candidate mentions them.

Company documents

Benefits, the handbook, the hiring process, relocation and visa rules: the questions candidates ask most.

Screenshots PRO

The candidate shares a portfolio or a repository on screen: ⌃⌘S reads up to 2 screens together with the conversation.

A folder per role PRO

General company files, plus the folder of the role you’re hiring for, so answers come from the right job.

AI for recruiters: FAQ

Does Realtimer score or rank candidates?

No. Realtimer gives you answers from your files during the interview and writes notes on what was discussed. Decisions about candidates stay with you.

Where does the information come from?

From the files you add: job descriptions, the candidate’s CV and company documents. Realtimer reads them on your Mac, and only the few pieces that fit the question go to the AI, never whole files.

Do candidates need to know I use AI on the call?

Rules differ by country, and some require consent to record or transcribe a call. Realtimer never joins the call as a bot and stores nothing by default. On Pro it also gives you a one-click disclosure message.

Can I set it up for each role?

Yes. Write a custom call brief that says what the role is and what the notes should cover. The free app has one custom brief; Pro has unlimited briefs and a knowledge-base folder per role.

Which languages are supported?

Interviews in English, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Portuguese, Polish, Ukrainian and Russian, plus a multilingual mode for calls that switch languages.

How fast can I start?
