Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Realtimer website and the Realtimer real-time AI assistant (the “Service”), provided by [Legal entity name], [registered address] (“Realtimer”, “we”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for an organization, you accept them on its behalf and confirm you have authority to do so.

If you have signed a separate agreement or order form with us, that agreement prevails where it conflicts with these Terms.

2. The Service

Realtimer helps you during conversations: it transcribes audio, recognizes screenshots and screen content, searches knowledge you connect and generates answers, notes and follow-ups using AI. Features may change as we improve the product.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the users you invite.

4. Your data

You keep all rights to the content you process with the Service and the knowledge you connect (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited license to process Customer Data only to provide, secure and support the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.

We do not use Customer Data to train AI models.

5. Recording laws and consent

Many jurisdictions require consent from some or all participants before a conversation is recorded or transcribed. You are solely responsible for obtaining any required notices and consents and for using the Service in compliance with applicable law and your organization’s policies. Realtimer provides tools — such as disclosure messages and assist-only mode — to help you do so.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• record, monitor or analyze people unlawfully or without legally required consent;
• cheat in exams, certifications, job interviews or other assessments where AI assistance is prohibited;
• mislead or defraud others, or violate anyone’s privacy, intellectual property or other rights;
• upload malware, attempt to break or overload the Service, or access it by unauthorized means;
• reverse engineer the Service or use it to build a competing product;
• process special categories of data (e.g. health data) unless agreed with us in writing.

7. AI output

AI-generated answers, notes and suggestions may be inaccurate or incomplete. They do not constitute legal, financial, technical or other professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it or sharing it.

8. Fees

Paid plans are billed in advance as stated at purchase or in your order form. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice before your next billing period.

9. Intellectual property

Realtimer and its licensors own the Service, software, design and trademarks. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription. Feedback you give us may be used to improve the Service without obligation.

10. Confidentiality and security

Each party will protect the other’s confidential information with reasonable care and use it only to perform under these Terms. We maintain technical and organizational security measures appropriate to the risk.

11. Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or lost profits or revenue. Each party’s total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not apply to your payment obligations or your breach of the Acceptable use section.

13. Term and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms or unlawful use. After termination you can export your Customer Data for [30] days, after which we delete it as described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [city, country], unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
