Clari Copilot Alternatives for Small Sales Teams (2026)

Clari Copilot, the product once called Wingman, gives reps live battlecards and transcripts during calls. It’s sold as part of the Clari and Salesloft revenue platform, by quote, and buyers report $60 to $160 per user a month. For a team of three to ten reps that wants live help without a platform contract, look at tools with public prices per seat: Avoma, the coach inside Aircall or Dialpad if your team already calls through one of them, or a desktop assistant such as Realtimer.
Checked in October 2026. Facts about each product come from its own website and help pages, and price estimates from named reviews, linked in the text. We make Realtimer, one of the tools below.
What Clari Copilot is now
Clari bought Wingman in June 2022 and later renamed it Clari Copilot. In August 2025 Clari and Salesloft agreed to merge, and they closed the deal on December 3, 2025, with Steve Cox as CEO. When we checked in October 2026, Clari’s Copilot page was still up, with a banner saying the site would redirect to Salesloft from September 15, 2026.
According to Clari’s product page, Copilot transcribes calls as they happen, shows live battlecards to help reps handle objections, captures intent, objections, contacts and next steps into the CRM, and feeds buyer signals into Clari’s forecasting. Its help center says real-time alerts and custom battlecards need the desktop app, and that Copilot joins scheduled calls that have a video link and at least one external participant.
What changed in July 2026
On July 14, 2026, Clari and Salesloft made Salesloft Conversation Intelligence generally available. The announcement lists real-time coaching, call recaps, action items, follow-up email drafts, CRM updates and consent controls, and adds four features: trends across the call library, recording in-person meetings from a phone, automatic call scoring grouped by performance tier, and questions asked across all past calls. Salesloft customers get it inside Salesloft; Clari customers get the call signals in Clari’s forecasting.
The announcement doesn’t mention Copilot by name. The AI Agent Index, a product directory, describes the July launch as Copilot and Salesloft’s own Conversations product combined into one. If you buy Copilot today, ask which product you’re signing for and how the move will work for your existing calls.
Why small teams look elsewhere
The price isn’t public
Clari doesn’t list Copilot prices. Older list prices from the Wingman era, still shown on Capterra, were about $1,080 per user a year for Accelerator and $1,320 for Enterprise. Recent buyer reports range from about $60 to $160 per user a month depending on bundling, and the full Clari stack is reported at $200 to $310 or more per user a month.
It comes with a platform
Copilot is usually bought together with other Clari modules, and since December 2025 Clari and Salesloft are one company. A team of five that only wants live help on calls ends up paying for a system built around forecasting and pipeline review.
The trial goes through sales
Capterra lists a free trial; other reviewers say you reach it through a sales conversation.
Someone has to write the cards
Battlecards fire on keywords an admin sets up. In reviews, new reps find them helpful; some experienced reps find them distracting or say a card arrives after the moment has passed.
If your company already forecasts in Clari, none of this matters much. For five reps and a sales lead, it does.
The alternatives
| Tool | Live help during the call | Joins the call as a bot | Public price |
|---|---|---|---|
| Avoma | Real-time answer assistant with the Conversation Intelligence add-on | Yes by default; Zoom cloud recording avoids it | $19 to $39 per recorder seat a month (annual), add-on $29 |
| Aircall AI Assist Pro | Live transcript, prompts and a sales playbook (SPICED, BANT, MEDDIC or PACTT) | No, it runs inside Aircall phone calls | $49 per user a month (annual), on top of an Aircall plan |
| Dialpad Ai | Live coach cards triggered by keywords, plus speech coaching | No, it runs inside Dialpad calls | Part of Dialpad plans; reviews estimate $60 to $80 per user a month for tiers with coaching |
| Realtimer | Answers from your own playbook, battlecards and price list, in about a second | No, it runs on the rep’s Mac | Free with your own keys; Pro €29 a month; Team €49 per seat |
Avoma
Avoma is the closest match to Clari Copilot for a small team: notes, coaching and some live help, with prices on its website. Plans run from $19 per recorder seat a month on annual billing (Startup, up to 25 seats) to $39 (Enterprise, at least 10 seats), with no platform fee. The live answer assistant is part of the Conversation Intelligence add-on, at $29 per seat a month on annual billing. The catch: Avoma records with a bot by default.
Aircall AI Assist Pro and Dialpad Ai
If your reps sell over the phone and the company already uses Aircall or Dialpad, the cheapest live coach is the one inside your phone system. Aircall AI Assist Pro costs $49 per user a month on annual billing on top of any Aircall plan. Dialpad’s live coach cards are part of its plans; someone has to write and maintain the cards, just as with Clari. Neither helps on Zoom, Meet or Teams calls.
Realtimer
Realtimer is a real-time AI assistant for Mac that listens to the call on the rep’s computer, so no bot joins and it works with Zoom, Meet, Teams, WhatsApp and web dialers. When the buyer asks about price, a competitor or security, the rep presses a key and sees an answer from the team’s own files in about a second, with the source; prices come from your price list and the numbers are checked. It’s priced per seat with no platform fee, and Pro starts with a 7 day trial. It doesn’t do forecasting or pipeline review, so it replaces Copilot’s live help, not the rest of Clari. Details on the sales assistant page.
How to choose
- If your company forecasts in Clari or runs on Salesloft, stay with Copilot and negotiate; the integration is worth more than the saving.
- If most of your calls go through Aircall or Dialpad, try the coach in your phone system first.
- If your calls are on video and you want notes plus some live help in one tool, compare Avoma’s plans.
- If what reps need is an answer during the call, without a bot in the meeting, try a desktop assistant on a few real calls.
Whichever you pick, run it on your own calls for a week before you sign anything, and check one thing: whether the answer appears before the buyer moves on.
Questions to ask before you sign anything
Put the same five questions to every vendor on your list:
- Is the price public, and is there a platform fee or a minimum number of seats?
- Does it join the call as a bot, and does that matter to your buyers?
- Where do the live answers come from: cards someone writes, a sales framework, or your own documents?
- Does it work on the calls your team makes: Zoom, Meet, Teams, your dialer, WhatsApp?
- Can one rep start this week without an integration project?
