Cluely Pricing (2026): Free, Pro and the $149.99 Undetectability Plan

Cluely has three plans: Starter for free, Pro at $19.99 a month and Pro + Undetectability at $149.99 a month. The difference between the last two is one feature. On the $149.99 plan the Cluely window is hidden from screen sharing; on Pro, the people on your call can see it when you share your screen.

Cluely plans compared

Starter lets you try Cluely with up to 3 files and a limited number of AI responses and notes. Pro removes those limits and adds the latest AI models and priority support. Pro + Undetectability is Pro plus one line on the pricing page: “Completely hidden to meeting screen sharing software.”

What “undetectability” means in practice

An assistant like Cluely shows its suggestions in a small window over your screen. When you share your whole screen on Zoom, Meet or Teams, that window is shared too, unless the app excludes itself from screen capture. On Cluely, only the $149.99 plan does that.

On a sales demo you share your slides or your product, and the buyer sees your assistant’s suggestions next to them. On Starter and Pro the workaround is to share a single window instead of the whole screen, which works but is one more thing to remember on every call.

What Cluely costs for a team

Monthly prices times twelve, per year. Annual billing may be lower; check the switch on Cluely’s pricing page.

Is Cluely Pro enough?

If you never share your screen, or always share one window, Pro at $19.99 covers unlimited answers and files. If you share your full screen on calls, Pro + Undetectability is the Cluely plan that keeps the window off the shared screen.

Billing, refunds and Cluely reviews

Read the terms before you subscribe. Cluely’s terms of service (last updated 10 June 2025) say fees are non-refundable unless the agreement says otherwise, the subscription renews automatically, and you have to give written notice of non-renewal at least 30 days before the renewal date. Cluely can also raise the price at renewal. Its refund policy allows a refund only within 24 hours of purchase and only with video proof that the app doesn’t work; being seen on a shared screen doesn’t qualify. Reviews on Trustpilot line up with those terms. On 29 October 2026, Cluely had a TrustScore of 1.6 out of 5 from 23 reviews, 96% of them one star. Most complaints are about money: charges after cancelling, renewals to an annual plan, refunds refused. Several reviewers say support is an AI bot that didn’t solve their problem, and some mention transcription errors and wrong answers. Cluely hasn’t claimed the profile and Trustpilot doesn’t verify reviews, so take it as a warning sign and check the terms yourself.

A cheaper way to keep the assistant off the shared screen
